10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY AND GDPR

All elements of the site (texts, images, logos, videos) are the exclusive property of EURL L'IDÉE MOTEUR and protected by copyright.

10.1 GDPR: Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR for order management, customer relations and legal obligations. It is retained for 10 years (legal fiscal duration). The customer has the right of access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability and opposition to the processing of their data, which they can exercise by sending an e-mail to contact@mxconcept.com accompanied by a copy of their identity document. The customer has the right to lodge a complaint with CNIL.
